Public professional information

Promotr may publish professionally relevant information such as professional/stage name, role, city/country, professional source links, safe associations, claim status and eligible aggregate reputation.

Private claim information

Claim submissions collect a private contact email and phone number for verification, claim administration, security and important service communication about the claimed profile.

Claim phone/email, Google account email, WhatsApp and home address are not public profile fields and must not appear in public HTML, SEO metadata, sitemaps or public APIs.

Contribution privacy

Promotr internally links an authenticated account to its own fee reports and ratings for ownership, abuse controls and privacy thresholds. Public users do not see that contributor linkage.

Claiming a public professional profile does not make that person’s contribution history public.

Marketing

Submitting contact information for a claim does not by itself opt a user into marketing. Any future promotional use must follow the applicable legal basis and consent requirements.

Corrections, deletion and rights

Promotr provides correction/reporting mechanisms for public professional information and reputation concerns. Before broad launch, the final account deletion/anonymization policy and formal privacy-rights contact process must be completed for the jurisdictions served.
