Terms
These V1 product terms summarize the rules Promotr is designed to enforce. Final entity details and jurisdiction-specific legal wording must be completed before broad public launch.
Historical information only
Promotr publishes informational observations from completed professional interactions. It does not guarantee future fees, conduct or booking outcomes and does not set or recommend market prices.
Truthful contributions
Users must submit information that is truthful to the best of their knowledge and that they are entitled to share. False, malicious, spam or abusive submissions may be rejected or removed.
Managers/agents may report only bookings they genuinely handled. Professional reviews must concern real completed interactions.
Profiles and claims
A professional profile may exist before it is claimed. Claiming verifies an identity or professional relationship; it does not create ownership over community reputation data.
A claimant may request factual profile corrections and report problematic information but cannot delete valid negative data, identify reviewers or alter publication thresholds.
Reputation
Public reputation consists of aggregated historical user experiences after the required privacy threshold is met. Individual review rows and reviewer identities are not published in V1.
Prohibited use
- Submitting fabricated bookings or reviews.
- Harassment, retaliation or coordinated manipulation.
- Attempting to deanonymize contributors.
- Automated harvesting intended to recreate private Promotr data.
