What counts as a report

Venue fee data comes from completed gigs submitted by authenticated contributors and accepted through moderation. Future offers are not accepted.

Venue fee publication threshold

A venue/currency/scope bucket is published only after at least 5 accepted reports from at least 3 different contributors, using gigs from the last 36 months.

Promotr calculates the 25th percentile, median and 75th percentile on raw amounts, then rounds displayed values to avoid fake precision. Currencies are never silently converted.

Professional reputation

Reputation may apply to promoter entities and professionally identifiable people. It uses accepted structured feedback from completed interactions during the last 36 months.

Only the most recent eligible review from each contributor counts toward a target’s public reputation. A score is published only after at least 5 different contributors are represented.

Why individual rows stay private

Promotr never publishes individual fee reports, individual ratings or reviewer identities. A public professional profile is separate from the account that may have contributed booking data.

Contributor access

A pending eligible report grants provisional contributor detail for 7 days. An accepted report grants access for 30 days after acceptance. Privacy thresholds still apply to every breakdown.

Claims and verification

A claimed profile means Promotr verified a professional identity or relationship using the information submitted in the claim. It is not an endorsement and does not mean every contribution from that account was independently verified.

Claim status never changes a reputation score, publication threshold or moderation outcome.

What Promotr does not claim

• Historical observations are not guaranteed future quotes.
• Ratings are aggregated historical experiences, not universal facts about a person or organization.
• Promotr does not recommend what all DJs should charge.
